銀行客聯中心服務主任- ($19,000 - 另加 $3,000夜班津貼 / 無需銷售 )

職位重點:

銀行電話客戶服務中心相關工作

接聽客戶查詢/投訴熱線

提供優質客戶服務，包括向客戶解答銀行產品、各類查詢

入職要求：

高級文憑或以上

擁有良好的廣東話、英語及國語通話能力

熟悉中、英文電腦操作(MS Word、Excel等辦公室軟體)

懂中文打字包括速成、倉頡或拼音

有相關經驗者優先考慮

工作時間:
每週五天工作 (9小時，其中1小時間為午餐時間)
輪班時間: 星期一至星期日 8:50 - 24:00
Day Shift : 08:50 - 18:00
Evening Shift : 15:00 - 00:00 (津貼$3000/月)

薪資待遇：$19K (有薪年假14天)
