Lead the performance of Teleasales Team

Salary: $30,000 – 32,000
Job Duties:
Strong management skill to motivate and drive the Teleasales Team to achieve sales target / KPI.
Develop and Review promotion procedures and provide quality insights
Create Service Report to Management
Handle complicated cases escalated from the team and solve complaints
Sustain staff development and retention by motivating, coaching, and developing the staff to achieve the individual, team and department objectives
Work closely with Department Head for change projects including feasibility study, user requirement definition, UAT, staffing and training arrangement, etc.
Requirements:
Form 7 or above with strong team leader experience, or. High Diploma / Degree Holder with team management experience, banking or call center experience is preferred.
Able to work under pressure and independently
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is required
Highly PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
Strong Anylsis skill is preferred.
