(Senior) Leasing Officer - Asset Management (People's Place 民坊)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle new letting/lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration and daily leasing enquires on our retail portfolio

  • Conduct market research and analyze market trend

  • Build and maintain good relationship with retail tenants and property agencies

  • Coordinate with property management team for daily operations

  • Prepare and update presentation materials and reports in timely manner

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate or other related discipline

  • 4-5 years’ experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer/ landlord / real estate private equity fund management company/Int’l Agency firms

  • Proactive, good communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

* Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer
