Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business opportunities with Japanese clients, agents, and partners

• Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese‑speaking customers, handling inquiries, quotations, and follow‑ups

• Work closely with internal teams and agents to ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare sales proposals, service presentations, and follow up with customer contract

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the Japanese market

• Represent CMA Testing at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events in the Japanese market

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• Proficiency in Japanese: N1 Level, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, good team player and able to work independently

• Willingness to travel to China and Japan when necessary

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC applications
