Job Details:

• Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotating shifts:

  • Morning: 5 am – 3 pm ; Evening: 3 pm – 1 am

• Location: Hong Kong International Airport

• Language Requirements: Good command of English and Cantonese is required.

Responsibilities:

• Stay knowledgeable about beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and teas.

• Assist guests with orders and provide recommendations.

• Prepare and deliver drinks and snacks to meet high standards.

• Fulfill bespoke drink requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and manage stock levels efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience or relevant hospitality experience is required.

• Prior experience in fine dining, hotels, VIP lounges, or airport roles is highly preferred.

• Fluent in English; Cantonese proficiency is required.

• Must demonstrate teamwork, a customer-first mindset, friendliness, and a positive attitude.

• Willing to work shifts and occasional overtime for flight delays.

• Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered for senior or supervisory roles.

工作內容:

• 根據顧客要求調製特飲，確保顧客滿意

• 維持酒吧範圍整潔並有效管理庫存

入職要求:

• 申請人必須年滿 18 歲。

• 具備至少 2 年或以上調酒經驗或相關款待業經驗。

• 優先考慮具備高級餐廳、酒店、貴賓室、機場或相關職位經驗者。

• 必須具備流利的英語溝通能力。
