We are now inviting high level candidates to apply for the following position:
Role & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and risk assessment to internal product development and Merchandising teams, as well as various brand customers, on new product development in the Cosmetics, Toiletries or Skin Care
Liaise closely with factories, internal teams, and customers on project management related to quality.
Work with factories on sustainability trends in formulation development (eg Clean Beauty)
Coordinate with the QA and QC teams in China to monitor product quality from the development stage to the production stage.
Monitor the testing plan closely (stability tests, compatibility tests, performance tests, third-party tests, etc.) with factories to meet customer expectations.
Manage customer complaints and collaborate with factories to investigate root causes.
Visit factories for technical assessment, production inspection or customer complaint follow up.
Key Position Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Quality Management, Chemistry, or equivalent.
3–5 years of working experience in a technical area such as R&D, quality assurance, testing, or manufacturing, preferably in Cosmetics, Toiletries, or Cosmetic Accessories.
Knowledge of INCI pre-screening and cosmetic regulations for EU and US markets.
Familiarity with global regulatory requirements and factory standards (GMP, ISO 9001, etc.) for cosmetics.
Experience in cosmetic product R&D and formulation development is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail, independence, and a collaborative mindset.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel.
