Assistant Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine accounting tasks, mainly including account payables, book-keeping, expenses approval etc;

  • Issue monthly debit notes to customers;

  • Liaise with internal members to fulfill customers' requirement;

  • Maintain proper and systematic filing system;

  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent;

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience;

  • Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented and a good team player;

  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline;

  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
