【Responsibilities】:

• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the nursing station

• Handle patient admission to ward

• Handle internal and external customers to maintain patient services

• Provide administrative and clerical support such as typing, photocopying and fax

• Maintain and monitor ward stock inventory and ordering to ensure smooth operation of the ward

• Answer patients’ calls, report to nurse for any abnormalities or queries

• Handle and follow up maintenance items

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】:

• Form 5 or above

• At least 1-2 years’ clerical or reception experience is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office application

• Fluency in English and Cantonese; with Mandarin highly preferred
