Health Care Assistant – Outpatient

【職責】:

  • 預備診症房內物品，保持房間清潔，每日定時更換床單

  • 協助門診、專科及私家醫生診症，及醫療程序

  • 接待求診病人，協助門診部護理站工作

  • 協調病人診症後跟進事宜

  • 負責提示醫生審閱檢驗報告，需要時交由護士通知病人提前覆診

  • 確保儀器質素合標準，如有故障，即時提出跟進

  • 按時增添表格或資訊文件

  • 常規性處理過剩的檢查報告

  • 點算專科中央消毒供應部物品數量

  • 必須遵守院方訂定之職業安全及健康規則和指引

  • 負責檢查檢驗報告之進度，如發現有遺漏，需即時跟進

  • 協助輪椅或輪床病人，往其他部門作檢查或離開

  • 處理每日，每週，每月常規工作

  • 執行主管委派職責內工作調配及特定任務

  • 需要輪班及輪休 (不用值夜)


【入職要求】:

  • 中五或以上，具健康服務助理或相關培訓證書

  • 具有良好溝通及客戶服務技巧

  • 基本電腦應用

  • 能讀寫中文及簡單英文，操流利粵語及簡單英文
