Responsibilities:

• Oversight of electronic engineering projects to ensure they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.

• Work closely with project, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.

• Manage hardware & software engineering teams to develop hardware and software for the products.

• Work closely with purchasing team for component sourcing and qualification.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with project management exposure, preferably in electrical household manufacturing companies.

• Work experience only in the fields of communication, audio engineering and component application will not be considered.

• Possess strong project management & product design experience, preferably in household appliance companies

• Familiar with the application of safety standards, MCU hardware and software, digital and power electronics working principium and sound knowledge in SMT & PCBA operations

• Proficiency in engineering design software and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for technology and innovation

• Good command of English and Chinese
