Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded support in logistics and operation of Human Resources Department including talent management, employee benefits, on-boarding and exit.

  • Update and maintain staff and leave records.

  • Assist in preparing relevant reports.

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business related disciplines

  • Pleasant personality with strong initiatives

  • Detail-minded with good communication skill

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Proficient in PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Sound knowledge in Labour Ordinance and other related legislations

  • Fresh graduates is welcome.
