Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is looking for a high-caliber Solution Consultant to join their growing team. You will lead pre-sales engagements and design cutting-edge observability and AIOps strategies for enterprise clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Consulting: Lead pre-sales activities for observability and AIOps platforms (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds).

• Technical Design: Participate in end-to-end solution design across IT infrastructure monitoring, SIEM, Cloud, and Data Analytics.

• Customer Engagement: Analyze technical requirements, develop opportunities, and deliver high-impact Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) and product demonstrations.

• Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team on solution positioning and technical presentations to key stakeholders.

• Bid Support: Drive tender bidding activities, including the preparation of technical documentation and demos.

• Technical Advisory: Provide post-sales guidance and best practices to implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in observability, IT monitoring, or IT operations.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong customer-facing presence.

• Mindset: Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and ownership.

Desirable Skills (Advantages)

• Platforms: Hands-on experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.

• AIOps Knowledge: Understanding of AI-driven observability concepts like event correlation and intelligent alerting.

• Scripting: Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, Bash, or SPL for automation and data integration.

• Certifications: Holder of CCNA, Splunk, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Linux/Windows certifications is a plus.
