Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist the Head of Practice Protection Department to provide advice on HKFRSs/HKSA requirements as well as perform quality management of the Firm. He/she will also assist closely with the Training Committee on training matters. His/ her main responsibilities include:

• Carry out quality assurance reviews;

• Monitor the Firm’s compliance with internal and relevant professional, ethical standards and guidelines;

• Develop and Maintain audit tools and templates;

• Assist on coordinating and preparing for training matters including support and conduct assurance training programs.

Requirements:

• CPA qualification is a must

• 6 years or above working experience in sizable professional accounting firm or regulatory organization of the accounting profession

• In-depth knowledge of assurance standards and financial reporting regulatory environment in Hong Kong

• Strong self-motivation, able to work independently with analytical mind

• Good writing skills and communication skills

• Solid experience in technical and quality assurance review is a definite advantage
