Responsibilities:
- Handle and guide guests to use the hotel self check-in Kiosk
- Handle all guests enquiries and requests promptly
- Greet, welcome and respond guests in a professional manner at all time
- Performing the Front Office related works and ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Mature, pleasant and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
