Job Highlights:
• Provide internal support to the sales team in managing administrative tasks and sales processes.
• Assist with creating and processing internal sales documents.
• Maintain and update internal databases and records.
• Support with financial tasks, including handling outstanding invoices and tracking payments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and process internal sales documents, such as sales orders, sales contracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documents, including pricing, quantities, and product details.
• Maintain and update internal databases and records, including client information, sales activities, and order status.
• Assist in tracking and managing outstanding invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up as needed.
• Generate internal sales reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing sales-related documentation.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, to create and maintain sales documents and reports
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles to handle outstanding invoices
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines
Problem-solving skills to address internal inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Able to work at least 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
