What You’ll Do
Support the end-to-end operational processes for event and entertainment partners, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Manage and maintain relationships with merchants and partners through regular communication and performance updates.
Monitor business operations process and provide insights to optimize results and improve partner outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, and customer service) to execute online and offline campaigns effectively.
Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities and partner campaigns.
Handle partner inquiries, technical issues, and ad-hoc requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency within the vertical.
What You’ll Need
1–2 years of experience in operations, account management, or partner support — experience in events, entertainment, or e-commerce is a strong plus. Fresh graduate is also welcomed.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
