We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Exhibition Services Department.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales call to promote additional order facilities to exhibitors, handle related telephone or written enquiries independently
Coordinate with operation team and the contractors to ensure the quality of deliverables and schedule of onsite setting
Process additional orders including data entry, collection of order forms and preparation of order summary
Manage the operation of on-site service counter and undertake on-site duties
Perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules
Requirements:
University Degree / Diploma holder preferably in sales & marketing / contracting & exhibition field
Good track record in meeting sales targets in exhibition / event industry
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing
A team player, attentive to details and able to work within tight timeline and limited resources
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred
Working location in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre [Shuttle bus service will be provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station]
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
