We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive / Senior Executive to grow our e-commerce marketplace ecosystem.

This role focuses on merchant acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth through strategic promotions and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchants to onboard onto our e-commerce marketplace

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding process (negotiation, onboarding, listing coordination)

• Develop and execute merchant growth strategies to drive GMV

• Work closely with merchants on promotional planning, campaign participation, and pricing strategy

• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign performance

• Monitor sales performance, margin structure, and campaign ROI

• Maintain strong merchant relationships and provide ongoing account management support

Requirements

• 1–5 years experience in BD, Sales, Account Management, or E-commerce

• Candidates with an existing merchant network or proven marketplace experience will be considered a strong advantage, with opportunity to be offered a Senior Executive position based on experience and performance track record.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
