Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales Department in order to attain the best rate and occupancy

• Handle room reservations via different booking channels

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records

• Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline

• Minimun 3 years relevant experience in hotel reservation

• Proficient command of spoken and written English,Chinese and Mandarin

• Possess knowledge of MS Office Application, OPERA or MicorWIN

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Reservations Supervisor
