Responsibilities:

  • Handle and guide guests to use the hotel self check-in Kiosk

  • Handle all guests enquiries and requests promptly

  • Greet, welcome and respond guests in a professional manner at all time

  • Performing the Front Office related works and ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline

  • Mature, pleasant and able to work independently

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
