In this role, your primary focus will be on multimedia content creation. You will be the creative force behind our client's internal messaging, designing everything from digital banners and workshop materials to internal videos. While this role sits within the broader scope of stakeholder engagement, your design and hands-on content production skills are what our client values most.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute employee engagement initiatives and campaigns to communicate the company's ongoing transformation to a diverse workforce.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant team members and departments to compile content on various transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and draft communication materials in a timely manner across various communication platforms; assist in the production of company publications, including newsletters, posters, and workshop materials.
• Produce simple animation videos to support internal transformation initiatives and connect employees.
• Assist the broader team in designing creative internal activities to foster employee connection.
• Design feedback surveys and conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of the materials and campaigns produced.

• Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience, with a heavy emphasis on graphic design, digital media, or multimedia content creation.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in content creation and design tools, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Vyond, and standard video editing software. Proficient in creating, designing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, as well as MS Office applications.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. The ability to speak Putonghua is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail; a team player who is able to multi-task and deliver creative assets under tight deadlines.
