Job Description:

• Participate in project implementation and documentation

• Provide technical support and handle daily phone-in and email enquires

• Assist to review system document for on-going operations

• Developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure, networking device & servers, hardware and system software components

• Liaise with vendors and other IT professional

• On-call support required

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• High Diploma / Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline

• At least 3~5 years working experiences in infrastructure, network and end user support

• Support servers (Windows, Linux or AIX), networks and systems as well as diagnostic and troubleshoot technical IT problems

• Knowledge of network communications including protocols, switching, and routing

• Familiar with virtualization (vmware, hyper-v)

• Demonstrated expertise in IBM and HP brand support services.

• Holds certifications in Linux, Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms, as well as ZStack virtualization.

• Knowledge of basic scripting skills (e.g. shell scripts, Python, powershell) will be an advantage

• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skill and good team player

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance
