About the Role

• Own the product strategy for card fraud prevention and customer contact solutions, ensuring technology and processes meet market needs.

• Lead delivery discipline across fraud systems, working closely with IT and vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and to standard.

• Oversee key fraud technologies such as 3DS (secure online transaction authentication) and transaction monitoring, collaborating with Visa/Mastercard and external providers.

• Drive analytics and insights to monitor fraud trends, optimize controls, and enhance customer journeys.

• Engage global stakeholders across major markets (UK, Hong Kong, US) and coordinate with distributed teams in India and Poland.

• Balance strategic vision with execution, ensuring both immediate delivery metrics and long-term product development goals are achieved.

We’re looking for a professional who brings:

• Product management background is essential — the ability to drive strategies, set vision, and deliver value through prioritization and execution.

• Expertise in card fraud prevention and detection is ideal but not mandatory — domain knowledge is valued, but the real priority is strong product leadership and strategic thinking.

• Strong ability to build strategic vision and engage stakeholders at senior levels.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to balance risk, customer outcomes, and business growth.
