Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales excellence, developing a high performing team, and ensuring the store delivers an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee all aspects of store management, from daily operations and visual standards to team development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of retail sales performance, monitoring and driving store KPIs to achieve and exceed targets.

• Analyse market trends and sales data to develop and execute effective action plans for continuous improvement

• Lead end-to end people management, including talent acquisition, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance appraisal.

• Inspire and motivate team members to foster a collaborative, high-energy, and customer-focused environment.

• Ensure the store maintains a premium image at all times through impeccable visual merchandising, environment upkeep, and furniture presentation.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a seamless customer journey.

• Uphold exceptional service quality and handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism

• Contribute to local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and grow the customer database.

• Support the execution of promotional campaigns and events to drive footfall and sales.

• Prepare regular analysis reports with key findings and actionable recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail industry.

• Strong track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs.

• Excellent leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and developing teams.

• Customer-obsessed mindset with outstanding interpersonal and service skills.

• Good business acumen and ability to analyse performance data.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
