About the Role:

As a Technical Services Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities and supporting service solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients and site teams to understand operational needs and identify service opportunities

• Support the development and presentation of service solutions 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender submissions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions

• Contribute to business development efforts and support revenue growth initiatives

• Monitor ongoing activities and support continuous improvement in service delivery

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant experience in facilities management, engineering, or related fields

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Basic understanding of service delivery and operational processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
