Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating cleaning staff rosters

• Manage attendance records, leave applications, and shift adjustments

• Coordinate manpower needs with supervisors and support urgent changes

• Maintain roster system and related administrative documents

• Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedure

• Respond to client and staff inquiries

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above; experience in HR or administration preferred

• Familiar with scheduling and computer systems

·         Proficient in MS Office, Chinese typing

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
