Title: Cybersecurity Engineer / Specialist (Cloud & Network Security)

Our client is a rapidly expanding enterprise dedicated to digital innovation. They are looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Engineer to join their dynamic, young technical team in Hong Kong. What You Will Do

• Security Operations: Assist in maintaining and monitoring the company’s enterprise security posture across networks and cloud platforms.

• Threat Detection: Utilize modern SIEM and EDR tools to identify anomalies, respond to alerts, and assist in incident remediation.

• Vulnerability Management: Deep hands-on experience leading vulnerability assessment lifecycles, configuration audits, and mitigation strategies using enterprise tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7).

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT infrastructure teams to implement security best practices and streamline access controls.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements Are Flexible)

• Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Infrastructure Security, with a proven track record in enterprise-level environments.

• Technical Familiarity: Basic hands-on exposure to any common security tools (e.g., Firewalls, VPNs, Antivirus, or Cloud Security like AWS/Azure).

• Skills: Knowledge of basic scripting (PowerShell/Python) or infrastructure routing is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Certifications: Holding or currently studying for Security+, CEH, or CCNA is an advantage.

• Languages: Fluency in Cantonese and Good Command of English.
