Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of campus recruitment activities including job advertisement, application screening, interview, job offering and on boarding preparation;

• Assist in preparing payroll and benefits administration;

• Update and maintain human resources data base and employment records;

• Manage working permit application and renewal for non-local employees;

• Assist in preparing various HR regular and management reports;

• Assist in Firm’s events both internal and external;

• Carry out ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in HR Management or business related disciplines.

• At least 3 years’ experience in HR Operations, mass graduate recruitment experience is definitely an advantage. 

• Sound knowledge in Labor Ordinances and other related legislations.

• Mature with good initiatives and pleasant character.

• Well-organized, good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good command in written and verbal English and Chinese including Putonghua.

• Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

• Immediate available is preferred.
