Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including job advertisement, application screening, interview, job offering and on boarding preparation

• Assist in preparing payroll and benefits administration

• Update and maintain staff and leave records

• Prepare various HR reports

• Assist in Firm’s events including staff social function

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business related disciplines

• At least 2 years' experience in HR Operations, mass graduate recruitment experience is definitely an advantage

• Sound knowledge in Labour Ordinance and other related legislation

• Pleasant personality with strong initiatives

• Detail-minded with good communication skill

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Proficient in PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Assistant
