What you will do  

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for Electronic Security and ELV systems. You will be part of a growing service team of ELV driving maintaining customer’s facilities.

How you will do it

• Handle maintenance and emergency support for Electronic Security and ELV systems

• Provide on-site technical support, including equipment installation, software configuration, and system upgrades

• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to clients

• Prepare and maintain daily inspection and service reports

• Escalate critical issues and major changes to the Service Manager in a timely manner

• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Background in cybersecurity is an added advantage

• REW A0 holder is an added advantage

• Proactive, with a willingness to learn new technologies

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  

Preferred  

• Independent and able to work under pressure

• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
