Our client is a premier estate management provider overseeing a prestigious resort community. They seek a Senior Executive Manager to act as the principal in-charge of their commercial portfolio. Leading property and technical teams, you will ensure operational excellence, optimize asset value, and deliver world-class tenant satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure smooth facility operations and performance of two teams, covering repairs/maintenance, tenant relations, mall services, security, and cleaning.

• Allocate resources to optimize team coordination and improve property management service quality.

• Source, manage, and evaluate contractors and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal corporate procedures.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, maintaining cost control within approved limits.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance property value.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support mall services, promotions, and site activities.

• Support company development projects, including renovations and site revamps.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Property Management or a related discipline; Tier 1 PMP License preferred.

2. 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years at managerial level.

3. Membership in a professional property management organization is preferred.

4. Proven track record managing an office, shopping mall, or commercial complex.

5. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.

6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

7. Proficient in MS Office.
