Job Responsibilities
Handle technical enquiries from clients on hardgood products in physical and performance tests
Meet with clients on technical supports
Assist in development on testing protocols and new test requirements
Handle any additional / ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Diploma or B.Sc in Engineering or Science disciplines
With 3-5 year working experience in TIC industry, candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Technical Executive
Competent in technical knowledge on Hardgood testing, preferably in physical safety and quality tests on household cookware, kitchenware and other food contact products
Able to work under pressure
Customer oriented, strong communication skills
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
