Key Responsibilities:

• Actively hunt for top beauty professionals.

• Handle the full spectrum of recruitment activities in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to drafting job advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, making offers, preparing employment contracts, and conducting new joiner orientation arrangements.

• Conduct interview to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit and career motivations.

• Build & maintain strong relationships with Line Managers within the beauty sector.

•  Manage the entire hiring pipeline - from scheduling interviews to negotiating salary packages and closing deals.

• Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through various channels.

Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

• 1-2 years of experience; Minimum 1 years relevant working experiences in Human Resources with beauty industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, Independent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
