We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia.  We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities

• Support Human Resources functions, including learning & development, staff activities and recruitment

• Assist in identifying training needs, program logistics, record maintenance, and effectiveness evaluation

• Plan and organize employee activities such as annual dinner, festive events and wellness programs

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of solid HR experience in sizable organizations, preferably with proven exposure to training and recruitment functions

• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices

• Regional HR exposure (e.g. China / Southeast Asia) is a plus

• Proficient in AI and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• Flexible, well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
