 Position : HR & Administration Manager

Major Responsibilities 

• Supervise all personnel job duties and responsibilities;

• Staff interview conducting and employment contract preparation;

• Payroll Calculating;

• Staff Attendance Report;

• Personnel correspondence issuing and filing;

• MPF and life insurance recordings;

• To participate in various ad-hoc assignment;

• Handle insurance administration and scheme renewal;

• Lead the HR and Administration team for providing full spectrum of HR and administrative services.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or Business Administration or related discipline;

• At least 5 years related Manufacturing experience;

• Well-versed in Hong Kong / PRC Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and Insurance and other related legislation;

• Be smart, independent and able to work under pressure; 

• Self-motivated strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Proficient in MS office, Excel, Words word processing and good knowledge in Computer;

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English;

• Immediately available is preferred
