How you will do it

• Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, attendance records, phone inquiries, and coordination work

• Provide clerical and administrative support

• Assist with site documentation and related paperwork as required

• Support additional ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

What we look for

Required

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Building Studies or equivalent disciplines;

• Hands-on experience in using MS Office applications (MS Word & Excel);

• Well organized and good communication skill;

• Holder of Certificate for Construction Safety Supervisor is preferred;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Preferred  

• Independent and able to work under pressure

• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
