Senior Leasing Officer (Commercial & Retail Focus) - 34k

About Our Client:

Our client is a listed property developer and regional conglomerate with a premium portfolio of mixed-use commercial, hospitality, and residential properties across Asia.

They are currently looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to drive the leasing performance of their retail and commercial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling tenant enquiries and leasing activities

  • Conduct leasing negotiations and build strong relationships with current and prospective tenants

  • Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreements, and other legal documentation

  • Carry out market research, analyze market trends, and compile reports

  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably gained with a property developer

  • Knowledge of leasing practices and relevant government regulations

  • Strong market awareness, self-driven, and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
