Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, editing, proofreading, and formatting of complex medical reports to ensure highest level of accuracy, clinical coherence, and professional standard
• Perform advanced post-processing of medical images using specialized radiology software (DICOM reconstructions, multi-planar reformatting, 3D rendering, MIP, etc.)
• Manage and maintain large volumes of patient medical records and imaging data in PACS/RIS systems with high accuracy
• Conduct comprehensive patient safety screenings, obtain detailed clinical histories, and optimize patient flow in a busy clinical setting
• Act as a key coordinator and effective liaison among Radiologists, Radiographers, referring physicians, and external parties
• Support complex inter-departmental coordination and handle high-pressure administrative tasks
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or related discipline (non-related degrees will not be considered)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a radiology department, medical imaging centre, or hospital radiology unit
• Solid professional knowledge in human anatomy, medical terminology, imaging procedures, radiation safety, and radiology workflows
• Hands-on experience with major radiology systems including PACS, RIS, DICOM, and advanced post-processing software (Fuji, Siemens, GE, etc.) is mandatory
• Proven track record in handling high-volume imaging data and complex administrative support in a clinical environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong ability to work under significant pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
