Job Responsibilities:

• Act as brigde between Hong Kong headquarter and local staff, licensees within the Japanese marketing, ensuring seamless communication and support at every stage of the partnership.

• Co-create Joint Business & Brand Development Plans with local partners by setting clear KPIs and growth levers while sharing best practices across markets

• Identify & develop new business opportunities with existing & new customers

• Keep track of all licensing activities, application, contractual process and revenue for Japan market

• Independently manage licensees' relationship maintenance and business communication to ensure the somooth progress of licensing activity

• Participate actively in trade meetings and negotiations to represent the brand's interests while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders throughtout Japan.

• Meet regularly with sales and merchandising teams in Japan to keep track of sales traget, provide training, share best practices, lisen to feedback, address question, and inspire continued enthusiasmm for the brand.

• Map the entire Japanese licensing ecosystem-including e-commerce platforms, modern trade channels, and develop deep market insights to inform strategic desisions

• Perform regular market reseach & participate in marketing planning & excutions

Requirements:

• Degree or above

• With 3-5 years' relevant working in licensing field

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (particulary MS Excel)

• Strong communication, independent, self-motivated

• Conversational level in English, Cantonese and Janpanese speaking is required (JLPT N2 or above)

• Willing to travel
