Responsibility:To manage library daily operation and supervise library staff
To coordinate library projects and new library services
To coordinate technical services in cataloguing
To support communication between teaching staff
To handle lending services and library activities
Shift duties required: 3 days (9:00–18:00) and 2 days (12:15–22:15) per week, plus two Saturdays per month (11:00–20:00)
RequirementsDegree or above, preferably in Library and Information, with a minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Integrated Library System and cataloguing would be an advantage
