Senior Clerk - Medical Records

【Responsibilities】

  • Scanning and quality checking of medical records and loose sheets records
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and proper filing of medical documentation
  • Retrieve and distribute patient records as requested by healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior medical records clerks
  • Handle record requests (e.g. insurance, legal or patient inquiries) in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned.

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and fair in English
  • Experiences working in relevant healthcare institution or hospital are preferrable.
