Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support services for workstation and network including but not limited to

  • Investigate, replicate and resolve software and OS related issues

  • Installation of software or tools

  • Perform account administration, monitoring, exception analysis and response

  • Perform network diagnosis

  • Effectively communicate with users and helpdesk support

  • Generate users reports and system statistics

  • Escalate critical and unresolved technical issues to Senior Engineer or Project Manager from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT discipline or equivalent

• Possess valid certifications on on either 1 below:

  • MCSE “Microsoft Certified System Engineer”, or

  • MCSA “Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate”, or

  • MOS “Microsoft Office Specialist”

• Experience on HCL Notes or Microsoft Outlook mail system support services for the past 5 years

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese

• At least 8 years IT working experience

• Able to work at non-office hours if required

• Self-motivated, fast learning, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure
