HKSC is seeking passionate AI Teacher, AI Coach, and/or AI Mentor to assist our school students, one-on-one individual / corporation and small group for learning and developing AI knowledge. Whether you enjoy classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, or light-touch student mentoring, we have a role for you.

1.      AI Teacher: Classroom / Group instruction

What You'll Do:

·       Design condensed teaching notes and modules bridging AI tools with real-world business applications

·       Expertise in (one or more AI areas): Generative AI & LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Deepseek, Midjourney/DALL-E); AI Agentic Workflows; Industry-Specific AI (marketing, finance, data analysis); Prompt Engineering; Productivity & Creative AI (image/video, data viz, marketing, software development, mobile apps).

·       Teach hands-on skills to solve common industry challenges

·       Empower students to achieve tangible efficiency gains in their current roles

·       Guide students in AI-augmented projects relevant to their own work

·       Stay updated with rapidly evolving AI tools and integrate new developments

You Bring:

·       Previous teaching/training experience highly preferred

·       Ability to explain concepts to non-technical learners

·       Focus on applied knowledge and immediate workplace integration

2. AI Coach (1-on-1 or small group): Personalized, individual coaching

What You'll Do:

·       Deliver bespoke 1-on-1 and small group coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)

·       Diagnose each learner's workplace challenges and recommend AI tool solutions

·       Provide hands-on guidance, live problem-solving, and accountability

You Bring:

·       Prior coaching or personalized training experience

·       Strong diagnostic and listening skills

·       Ability to customize content on the fly

·       Patient, encouraging, and results-driven mindset

3. AI Mentor: Advisory, inspirational, career guidance

What You'll Do:

·       Meet periodically with students (individually or in small groups)

·       Share career insights, AI industry trends, and ethical considerations

·       Help students navigate AI learning pathways

·       Willing for honorarium - offer basic transportation allowance and appreciation certification

You Bring:

·       Working AI practitioner, consultant, or leader

·       Generous with knowledge and excited to support student growth

·       No formal teaching experience required - just passion for mentoring

Ideal Candidate Profile (for role 1 and 2)

·       Proven experience in applying AI tools within a business, consulting, or professional environment

·       Specific experience with AI for content creation or data analysis is a strong plus

·       Previous teaching and training experience is highly preferred

·       Excellent communicator, able to explain concepts and applications to non-technical learners

·       A passion for education and empowering others through the AI era

·       Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is a plus
