Job description:

Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material usage adhered to the set target by carrying out site supervision

• Supervise sub-contract or direct works and making proposals for improvements in time and cost control

• Liaise with relevant external and internal parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project

• Assist in formulating construction plan and methods

• Review / monitor design drawings, shop drawings, method statement and material submissions to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project within budget

• Assist in carrying out safety and environmental control

• Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related disciplines

• 3 years' or above site construction work experience in civil or building projects preferably

• Solid experience in project planning and works coordination

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Immediate available is preferred

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
