Duties:

• Lead different administration teams of the Division

• Serve as a pivotal coordinator among various departments to ensure the seamless operation of programme

• Coordinate and organize duties in student recruitment, admission and programme administration

• Provide secretarial support to Progarmme Committees and accreditation documentation

• Assist in devising & maintaining systems/workflows for divisional database

• Undertake any other duties as instructed by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in any discipline

• Have at least 5 years solid working experience (experiences in tertiary education is an advantage)

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese/English typing, general internet application and system management

• Mature, good interpersonal skills and being a good team player

• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Programme Administration Officer
