We are currently seeking a polished, graceful, and detail-oriented Client Experience Ambassador to be the welcoming face of our boutique, providing exclusive 1-on-1 consultations while mastering the delicate art of watch protection.
【Your Role】
As the first point of contact for our esteemed collectors, you will orchestrate a seamless, "Quiet Luxury" boutique experience. You are not only a brand ambassador but also a trained artisan who adds value to our clients' prized timepieces.
Front-of-House Excellence: Graciously welcome VIP clients to our boutique. Manage appointments effectively to ensure a smooth, unhurried, and exclusive atmosphere, minimizing wait times and building long-term trust.
Artisan Craftsmanship: Perform premium watch protection film installation for luxury timepieces. (Comprehensive, step-by-step professional training will be provided. No prior technical experience is required.)
Client Advisory: Address client inquiries regarding our services, pricing, and watch care with elegance, accuracy, and confidence.
Boutique Administration: Maintain the pristine, luxurious presentation of the reception area and assist with basic reporting and data entry.
【Who We Are Looking For】
We are looking for individuals who appreciate luxury aesthetics, possess hands steady enough for fine artistry, and are eager to step into the world of luxury O2O services.
Background: Experience in Aviation (Cabin Crew or Ground Staff), Beauty, Premium Hospitality, or High-end Customer Service. Passionate fresh graduates with exceptional presentation and grooming are highly welcome.
Presentation: Impeccable personal grooming, graceful demeanor, and a professional, inviting presence that aligns with top-tier watch brands.
Skills: High level of patience, exceptional attention to detail, and steady hands for delicate tasks.
Language: Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to serve both local and international clientele.
Mindset: A fast learner with a proactive attitude, excited to acquire highly specialized artisan skills.

高級禮賓接待： 以優雅親切的態度接待親臨門市的 VIP 客戶，妥善管理預約行程，確保店內運作流暢，營造專屬且零壓力的環境，藉此建立長遠的客戶信任。
腕錶貼膜工藝： 為頂級腕錶提供精緻的保護膜安裝服務。（公司將提供全面且專業的從零培訓，無需具備相關技術背景。）
專業諮詢： 以準確、得體且優雅的溝通方式，解答客戶有關服務、定價及保養的提問。
行政與環境管理： 維持接待區域的極致整潔與奢華感，並協助處理基本的報表或數據輸入工作。
