Job Description: 

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle a full set of accounts, internal reporting and royalty reporting duties etc. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare full set of accounts for month-end and year-end closing; 

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, review and control, including payment administration, accounts receivables and accounts payables monitoring; 

• Prepare financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management; 

• Liaise with statutory auditors and other external parties;  

• Support the team on external audit, tax filing and prepare supporting schedules 

• Review royalty accounts, records, and reports, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects contractual agreements; 

• Review and interpret contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with royalty processes; 

• Perform ad hoc assignment as required. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder / Diploma in Accounting or related discipline; 

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience;  

• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards; 

• Strong skills in MS office applications, especially in Excel; 

• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin; 

• Independent, mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment. 

• Less experience will be considered to Accountant

Report to Finance Manager
