What You'll Do

Manage Customer Credit Risk

  • Review and assess new customer credit applications.

  • Establish appropriate credit limits and payment terms.

  • Monitor customer credit exposure and recommend risk mitigation actions.

  • Drive Accounts Receivable Performance

  • Manage AR collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.

  • Review AR Aging and DSO reports to identify collection opportunities and risk areas.

  • Work proactively to reduce overdue balances and improve cash flow.

Support Daily Credit Operations

  • Perform daily credit reviews and order release decisions.

  • Create and maintain customer account records accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

  • Partner with Internal & External Stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Management to resolve credit and collection issues.

  • Escalate high-risk accounts and provide timely recommendations.

  • Build positive customer relationships while driving collection results.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

  • Support the Credit Manager on reporting, special projects, and ad hoc assignments.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance credit processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Credit Control, preferably within the electronics industry or a multinational corporation (MNC).

  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit reports to support sound credit decisions.

  • Hands-on experience in accounts receivable management and collection activities is an advantage

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Equivalent experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Review will also be considered

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software is preferred.
