Job Responsibilities

• AI Solutions Support

• Support implementation of AI use cases, including:

• Contract document extraction and structuring

• Clause identification, summarization, and comparison

• Data capture and structuring for ERP systems

• Assist in configuring and testing AI tools (e.g. LLM-based solutions)

• Support prompt setup and testing (basic prompt engineering)

• Validate AI outputs with business users and ensure accuracy

• LLM Engineering & Prompting

  • Assist in prompt design, testing, and optimization

  • Support basic setup or testing of RAG solutions

  • Help maintain simple document structures such as clause libraries, categorization and data structures

  • Assist in evaluating AI outputs (e.g. accuracy, consistency, response quality)

  • Support implementation of validation rules and human-in-the-loop workflows

• AI Use Case Testing & Improvement

  • Support testing of AI solutions for:

  • Contract data extraction and validation

  • Cross-checking extracted data against source documents

  • Assist in regression testing when prompts or models are updated

  • Help prepare test scenarios to simulate real-world use cases

  • Monitor AI output quality and highlight issues for improvement

  • Support feedback collection and continuous improvement

• ERP & Enterprise Integration Support

  • Support integration between AI solutions and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)

  • Assist in data mapping between contract documents, CRM, and ERP systems

  • Support data conversion, including:

    • Data preparation and cleansing

    • Field mapping and validation

  • Assist in coordinating with vendors on ERP and integration-related tasks

  • Support testing of system integration and data flow

• Business Analysis & System Support.

  • Gather and document business requirements from users

  • Support system enhancement requests across different application systems

  • Assist in UAT coordination, issue tracking, and user support

  • Prepare process documentation and user guides

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual work using AI

• Governance & Best Practices (Support Level)

  • Support adherence to:

    • Data privacy and security requirements

    • Responsible AI practices

  • Assist in maintaining documentation and audit trails

 Job Requirement:

•              2–4 years’ experience in Business Analyst / System Analyst / IT application support roles

•              Basic exposure to AI tools and LLM solutions (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Agentic AI)

•              Experience of ERP / CRM systems or enterprise applications

•              Experience in integrating AI with ERP and enterprise platforms or data migration projects

•              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•              Proficiency in Excel (data handling, templates, validation)

•              Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

•              Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
