Job Responsibilities:

• Handle interior design presentation and full set of construction drawings

• Design Material and Accessories sourcing

• Generate and execute solutions to any ad-hoc design and project problems

• Co-ordinate with in-house project, procurement team and external consultants to meet project deadline

• Factory inspection for FF&E occasionally

• Willing to travel occasionally
   

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design preferable, or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years or above relevant experience preferably with hotel design project

• Able to handle project independently and deliver project from design concept to completion

• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

• Capable to handle design details, drawing & on site-coordination

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and free-hand sketches.

• Initiative, creative, self-motivating and good team player

• Ability to work independently and work under tight schedule

• Strong adaptability and flexibility to change
